Five Types of Social Play: Cooperative Play

This stage is reached when children acquire the ability to work together for the purpose of playing. Speaking and listening skills are typically more advanced so communication is not a struggle. In this type of play it is not uncommon to see a child directing others to achieve best play results. From using a group of panels together to working the Reflex or a group swing like the Accelerator, we have lots of choices to facilitate cooperative play!
